Will and Olivia were born and raised in North Carolina. They met and married in Wilmington, NC where they now reside. They have hearts for people and served in various ministries before entering the insurance industry. Will's transition into insurance occurred after his dad unexpectedly died and he was looking for employment during Covid. He learned about the industry why helping his mom collect on his dad's policy. He wanted to create a better insurance company and that gave birth to the Adair Agency.
Will was attracted to the flexibility in the insurance industry and working 100% remotely, that it pays well, and offers career advancement opportunities with flexibility for life outside of work. His wife homeschools and the flexibility allowed them to move recently to Wilmington, NC to help take care for a member of Olivia's family. They joined Barnes Life Solutions as they are actively building their own team.
"One of the other things we wanted was genuine integrity in business partners." Will met Dan Barnes that introduced Will to Symmetry Financial Group, founded by Brandon Ellison and Casey Watkins. "I figured that if even half of it was true then we could make a decent living as a Symmetry partner-- or I'd know this was not the career for me. We have been partnered with Symmetry Financial Group (SFGlife.com) since Aug 2018.
My wife, Christine and I, work this business together and we have a growing agency of 30+ team members. You will be meeting with of our fastest growing agencies the Adairs.
We have lived in the great state of Texas for 25+ years. I have been married to my wife and best friend for over 22 years and we have two beautiful daughters ages 17 (yes, they are twins) and a son age 27 who also works with us at Symmetry. I have over 25 years of experience in technology, sales, and leadership.
Together we have personally seen tragedy hit families and we have seen the value of mortgage protection, debt freedom and life insurance.
We have also seen the loss of a loved one with no protection and the toll that takes on a family for the rest of their lives. This has made us passionate to help the families we call on each week and to build a team of like minded team members who want to build their legacy as well.

When Scott and I joined Symmetry and Barnes Life Solutions, we had no background in the finance world or insurance industry. Both born and raised in Texas, I had a background in art and Scott had a background in leadership and management, but we knew that we were ready to stop working for others and build a business together. We currently have a growing team of 20+ agents and in June of 2023 we officially became Agency Owners, but our goals reach so much farther than that!
We’re thankful for the opportunity to own and expand our business, while knowing that what we do makes a genuinely positive impact in
people’s lives. We love being able to educate these families on the different ways insurance can protect them and their loved ones, and understand the peace this coverage provides during some of the most difficult times in their lives. We are looking for like-minded people with a passion for servitude and
ownership to work and grow with!
